Order spaces within the Space category in the timeline.
At the moment, we can't order bedrooms as we wish in the timeline.
Depending on the location of the bedroom in the building, it makes more sense to have it in a certain order.

When we receive a booking from our PMS, a new profile is automatically created. However if we had already blacklisted a profile with the same name, we must think about merging both profile. The idea would be if there is at least one common information (email adress, phone number, CC details), Mews should send us a notification to check if this is the same guest or not, and then we decide to blackist or not with a link available in the email notification.85 votes

We are a Boutique hotel with 40 rooms without meeting rooms. Located In between centre of Amsterdam and a large (RAI) conference Centre. In case of large conferences or Events in the city we can sell at higher rate than leisure. Because these city wide conference are known for years ahead we like to have a space on top of timeline to place the name of the event with warning like "only sell high' or 'do not offer to groups' .66 votes

Can we move historical data (90days and older) to a separate account or only load the most recent data when opening the account (last 60 days)

We need to have the option to can mark the reservations for the next days as ''ready to check in'' so we know that there is nothing else to do with this reservations in terms of testing the credit card, or whatever is needed to do with the reservation, or mark the reservation as ''incidence'' if there is something that needs to be done on that booking.34 votes

Since the new update you have to scroll down to see the whole information and this is not helpful is it possible to request to change it back that when a Task is created and also Note we can see the whole information as previously30 votes

Yes, those fields are not as usable now – we have raised this as an issue for the development team and expect it to be fixed in the near future.
Our regular guests want the same room every reservation, right now we need to assign and block this space to them manually. My idea is to have select box to select the favorite room number of a guests in their 'profile' internals. By this MEWS can automatically block the favorite room of the guest when the reservation is made.25 votes

But we could improve it by merging it on basis of the passport/ID number. This way, a booking.com guest would be merged and seen as a returning guest.39 votes

The optimal way to handle this is to have a complimentary product with a negative price and the same VAT and use it to balance out the original item instead of using a complimentary type of payment. The VAT will be balanced to 0 and doesn’t need to be paid and count of items will still be trackable.
I love the new feature that the guest can contact us via chat. However, it's not very easy that the guestchat and the intern chat is on the same page. also it is not possible to delete a person in the group (for example when they left, or acidentaly add the wrong person) also a delete button for a chat would be great (intern). does the guest chat also be saved in their16 votes
