Hello. When we have a late check out booking could the color of the reservation change? so whoever is using the system can see that there are people checing out later.

Option to choose automatic housekeeping services to be applied on all bookings that has a stay for more than x days, such as towel change every x days and bedlinen every x days during a stay. Also the option to manipulate, add or move these services to other days. A report on all these services should be possible to access so that the housekeeping team can organize and plan the work volume for the upcoming xx days.28 votes

Would be much easier to assign floors to every housekeeper instead of spaces. They already work everyday by floor so would help them to keep the same organization that we have today. Also regarding the assignments would it be nice if they can see them on the Commander app. That will void printing reports everyday. The supervisor can assign a floor and the housekeeper can be able to see that on the app in order to know what need to be done during their shift.19 votes

The housekeeping staff would prefer to only work with the housekeeping app as not all of them have the skills to work on the computer.
The notes of each reservation are visible when clicking on each room, but the products ordered by the guest such as (champagne, pet…) and the general customer notes are not (f.e. allergic pillow, fan when hot outside…).
We would therefore request that the guest profile notes are being shown as notes in each reservation too.36 votes
In the previous version OOS-rooms
Main screen/overview doesn't show the reason why OOS-rooms are OOS. In the previous version, staff could see whey a room was OOS and could anticipate instantly. Now they have to open the room to see, and that creates errors, especially as you then open the page in which they can make changes, rather than only consult.7 votes

We would love a report that we can pull for housekeeping to estimate staffing levels - only with upcoming arrival and departure dates, without guests email addresses, phone numbers and rates. A possibility to strip out that information automatically would be great to send it to an outsourced housekeeping team.15 votes

It takes time to change the status of the rooms one by one in the current version of Mews, So I think it would be more helpful if we could choose several rooms and change their status all at once.1 vote

Right now, marking a room requires the use of a drop down menu. This menu is small, and not colour coded.
Instead, putting 4 buttons with colour and icons will help housekeepers use this app.
We have housekeepers with limited ability to read, and some who are not adept to technology. This would help both tremendously.1 vote
