  1. Display rates per night on confirmation

    From a revenue perspective rates per night should be mentioned on the confirmation email not just the total amount of the stay (if guests shorten their stay)

  2. Blacklist a guest profile from an automatic booking

    When we receive a booking from our PMS, a new profile is automatically created. However if we had already blacklisted a profile with the same name, we must think about merging both profile. The idea would be if there is at least one common information (email adress, phone number, CC details), Mews should send us a notification to check if this is the same guest or not, and then we decide to blackist or not with a link available in the email notification.

  3. Improve house account loading speed

    House Accounts which are regularly used tend load/open slowly due to high volumes of transactions.

    Can we move historical data (90days and older) to a separate account or only load the most recent data when opening the account (last 60 days)

    This will assist efficiency and speed when charging to house accounts.

  4. Add the day to the date in the Reservation Overview

    Add the day (Mon, Tue, ...) to the date field in the Reservation Overview Report. This feature already exists in the Product Report.

  5. Add extra line at the top in timeline to implement large events in City or warnings or international holidays.

    We are a Boutique hotel with 40 rooms without meeting rooms. Located In between centre of Amsterdam and a large (RAI) conference Centre. In case of large conferences or Events in the city we can sell at higher rate than leisure. Because these city wide conference are known for years ahead we like to have a space on top of timeline to place the name of the event with warning like "only sell high' or 'do not offer to groups' .

  6. Check for existing customer profile

    When entering companions, new and existing customers should be able to be entered in the same field. The first field should search for existing profile and offer the option "News costumer" (as it works well in the main search field).

  7. Add Filter "By Travel Agency" in Managers Report

    Add Filter to the Manager Report that would enable us to sort the revenue as per Travel Agency.
    For Example, if selecting Monthly Revenue there would be a drop box that shows all individual OTAs total revenue (for the selected month).

  8. can mark reservations as ''ready to check in'' or ''invalid credit card''

    We need to have the option to can mark the reservations for the next days as ''ready to check in'' so we know that there is nothing else to do with this reservations in terms of testing the credit card, or whatever is needed to do with the reservation, or mark the reservation as ''incidence'' if there is something that needs to be done on that booking.

    It could be awesome to be able to add different colours or notes to some dates in the Rate Management calendar so we can mark some special dates as holly weeks, special events, etc to pay attention to the rates on those days

  11. Merge Profiles with identical passport/id number

    Merging profile with email is fine.
    But we could improve it by merging it on basis of the passport/ID number. This way, a booking.com guest would be merged and seen as a returning guest.

  14. Automatically block favorite room to a guest

    Our regular guests want the same room every reservation, right now we need to assign and block this space to them manually. My idea is to have select box to select the favorite room number of a guests in their 'profile' internals. By this MEWS can automatically block the favorite room of the guest when the reservation is made.

    I love the new feature that the guest can contact us via chat. However, it's not very easy that the guestchat and the intern chat is on the same page. also it is not possible to delete a person in the group (for example when they left, or acidentaly add the wrong person) also a delete button for a chat would be great (intern). does the guest chat also be saved in their

  16. Rate Mixing - Cancellation policy mixing

    The system should be able to propose the cheapest rate possible to our guests (like booking.com does). Mixing the rates to offer the best deal is a guarantee to compete better against booking.com. Not mixing the rates allows booking.com to steal bookings from us. Exemple: you activate a Last Minute deal on the next 48h. A guest want to arrive today and stay for 3 days.   18. Room number in no show report

    The no show email the property gets, stating all the reservations that were cancelled with the reason "no show", includes the reservation numbers and the customers' names. It would be perfect, to also have on that the room numbers shown where there were allocated.

  19. Occupancy Report Category Name to be Frozen

    When viewing over 2 weeks of occupancy and you scroll right, the name of the categories disappear. Keep it frozen so you never loose sight of what category you are looking at.
