  1. Let the booker fill in the data of all companions

    For properties with AutoCheck-in we need the booker to be able to fill in the data of all guests as some of them (old people and children) don't have email address to complete the compulsory data of the registration cards.

  3. Include requests in Customer Profiles

    As guests complete their personal details during online check-in, this is a great time to ask if they might have any special requests or preferences. With an additional field, guests could then add any important information, which would then be automatically added to their guest profile so that property staff can prepare accordingly before they arrive.

  4. Multiple room booking, implement different names informed by booking.com

    NR Bookings made via booking.com with different guestnames are not taken over in Mews. If you do yourself, and delete bookers name, payment information dissapears. How to implement other name in single room without changing payment info?

  5. Add neutral gender in online check-in

    Is there a possibility to modify the online check in somehow? We got a feedback from one guest that it would be nice to have a possibility to choose gender neutral as a sex and not only male and female. Or can we get the sex question off somehow? Thanks for the help!

  7. User friendly datepickers / mask fields

    Many users have experienced trouble with the datepickers available in Mews Navigator and Distributor. Rather than selecting years from a dropdown or typing it in a field, it is currently required that users scroll back to the correct year before they are able to select the correct month and date. Implementation of more user-friendly datepickers could both eliminate confusion and frustration, making date selection much easier.

  8. Space number and hotel address in Navigator

    I’m traveling & staying only in Mews properties. My memory is not that great and would be amazing to see the hotel address and quick link to maps as well as after check-in show my space number. Would appreciate it as Mews hotels’ guest!

  11. Sign registration cards in Navigator

    Guests often use Navigator to provide properties with all necessary personal details before they even arrive for their reservations. This could be extended even further with the opportunity for guests to sign their registration cards there within the platform, allowing digital records of all guest information and saving paper along the way!

  12. Child & companion data in OCI

    Many guests travel with children or companions who may not have their own email addresses. In these cases, online check-in is not really possible as an email address is required to complete the process before arrival. To solve this issue, Navigator could include an option for supplying child or companion data submitted on behalf of another.

  13. Customizable Online Check-in requirements

    As many guests utilize online check-in before arrival, it is currently designed to ask for only legally required details as part of the form. Many properties, however, would prefer to collect specific pieces of data that may not be included as part of that legal obligation. For this reason, implementing optional or customizable fields for online check-in would help properties to prioritize the data that is valuable to them.

By including a magic link in confirmation emails, customers who create reservations through OTAs such as Booking.com could use that unique link to log in to their Mews Navigator accounts, update their email to correct one, confirm it using a magic link, and then complete online check-in before arrival.

  20. Amend company's details in Navigator

    "one of the requests that came up was that it should be allowed for the customer to add/update the information about the company if it is required for them.

    It would be something similar as when you are having a delivery and you are asked if the billing address is the same as the delivery address. This would be useful, especially if the hotel does not actually work on a contract level with the company, yet the guest would need a bill for that company. it would speed up things, will not be forgotten, etc."
