  1. Operator Payment Terminal Integration

    Integrate with fysical payment terminal. We do not always have credit card information from clients booking trough a OTA. At arrival they have to pay citytax and it's not possible trough the operator right now.
    With a payment terminal integration 100% of our guest can make use of the self check-in

  3. Customize the welcome message

    As french grammar is very particular and the actual generic welcome message "bienvenue à/au" does not look appropriate, it would be perfect if the property could write the full welcome message.

  5. Creating Invoices for external clients

    As promised here is the video with the 2 issues that our reception team will be delighted with if they are improved :)

    The first one: when creating invoices, see timecode 1:17, Pam needs to highlight and copy the booking reference number from that booking on the dashboard tab for that booking, she then needs to go to the billing tab and manually paste the number so then the invoice can be generated for the customer.   8. More flexible with the Check- in Bill

    The guests there bill has to stand on fully- paid before they can check in threw kiosk. Give the hotel the oppurtunity to choose if this is necessary. (excluding city tax, for example)

  9. Add a field "Document Issued By" in Operator

    As the italian police requires the "Document issued by" <Country> it would be great to add this field, as mandatory, in the Operator (Kiosk)

  10. To limit the number of keys a client can cut at the auto check-in station.

    If the reservation is for 10 people, once they enter the passport information af all the adults, they can create 10 keys for the apartment. We would like you to introduce an option in Mews where the hotel manager could limit the number of keys that the client can cut at the kiosk.

  16. Upsell early arrival or late departure in Operator

    Mews Operator kiosks are a great way to provide your guests with a self-service check-in. However, as some guests may arrive early, Operator kiosks would be a great place to upsell early arrival or late departure options for an additional fee.

  17. Upsell space categories in Mews Operator

    As guests are checking-in using Mews Operator, sometimes there may be alternate spaces available for an additional price. In this case, a new feature could allow properties to upsell these spaces so that guests can then choose a higher space category before they complete their check-in.
